If you tap on the star icon (lower-right corner of the game screen), you will find a list of special TV workers that will provide extra advantages once they could join your team. 

 

TV stars will need a dressing room to keep their emotions controlled. Once you build a dressing room, you must assign it to a Premium TV presenter. Keep upgrading the dressing rooms to increase their stars, so you will provide more happiness to your special workers.

 

You could unlock some of these celebrities by calling the Headhunter, and you should use some gems to do it. Pay attention to their descriptions to know if they are working in the proper TV show!
