Before proceeding, please make sure to read the Important Notes below to understand potential limitations.

To restore your progress, follow these steps:

1. Check your User ID:

- Your User ID is displayed on the loading screen (normally in the upper-left corner) or in the in-game settings menu.

- Make sure that both your old and new game have the same User ID (e.g., gamename0000000.0000-0000000000000). If they don’t match, they are considered different accounts.

2. Reconnect to your previous account:

If you are using Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS):

- Disconnect the new game from your account.

- Uninstall and reinstall the game.

- Upon reinstalling, log in to the same Google Play or Game Center account you used before.

- If your progress was properly linked, your old save should load automatically.

🚨Important Notes:

- If your game was not linked to Google Play or Game Center, your progress cannot be restored.

- Game progress is stored in your Google Play or Game Center account, but old data may be lost if detected as "abandoned" by their servers. In some cases, saved data may also be overwritten or deleted after using cleaning apps or performing a factory reset on your device.

- We cannot check if your account was linked after progress is lost, so we strongly recommend verifying it regularly in the game’s settings.

- Reinstalling the game always carries a risk of losing progress, so minimize reinstallations whenever possible.

- Saved progress can only be transferred between devices with the same OS (Android to Android, iOS to iOS).

⚠️ Support agents can only force a recovery if you still have access to your old device with the previous game installed. In this case, we will need the User ID from the old device to attempt a transfer. ⚠️
