You can unlock some new skills as you progress in the hospital. After achieving the first one, a new button will appear in the lower-right corner of the screen, and they can be applied FOREVER in the highlighted areas! There's a small but, though. They need some time to cool down to activate them again. Try to do your best in Emergencies to unlock as many skills as possible!
