The team has installed several checkpoints to save the progress and is constantly working on perfecting the system.

In order to prevent a possible loss of progress, here you have some tips:

• Try to wait some seconds before you leave the game after the last upgrades are made. 
• Remember to close it from your background activity, and avoid abrupt game closings. The server is programmed to start the idle clock once your app is not running in the background. Remember to fully close the game before you visit another app. 
• If you play the same game on more than one device, please don’t play in your secondary option until we can assure you that the progress is saved without further server inconsistencies. 

Please consider that the progress won't be recovered after a game crash since the server won't have time to save it. 

We strongly recommend you take screenshots of important rewards and checkpoints reached in the game to claim a possible lost item if your game suffers a rollback.
