The coffee shop management will become more complex gradually, according to your time spent in the game. The main tip to progress smoothly is closely related to the task list. The special guests will ask for specific upgrades and innovations in your coffee shop, and you should complete them to progress further.

⭐Hire the best professionals in each department. You will receive new CVs for your coffee shop regularly. Every candidate will have specific traits and skills that may increase or decrease productivity depending on where they work. Their skills will only affect the particular area where the employees are working. Check their descriptions carefully to see which department applicants suit better, and avoid assigning them to those areas where they could affect negatively. Remember to decline those CVs that don't like you to receive new ones.
**If your candidate moves 50% faster but generates -20% ingredients in the garden, avoid assigning it to the orchard. It should work as a barista, for example.
⭐Use the Shortcuts to improve your coffee shop. You can upgrade almost all the objects and elements in the game. However, they may need further development in other areas to unlock more levels. Pay attention to the dialog windows. You will find more information about the requirements you need to move on.
**You may want to upgrade your Espresso Machine, but the game is asking for specific research, for example. Tap on the small icon to go directly to the pending requirement.
⭐Every department is very important! Try to expand your business by focusing on all the departments involved in the coffee shop. If something is not OK, take a deep breath and observe your production chain in the game. Find which segment is failing and program the following steps to balance your workflow.
**You may have a lot of tables and a huge parking lot, but your customers leave the bar angry. You probably need to reduce the production times in your appliances and coffee machines or increase the production in your garden. You only need to take time to know your business better!
⭐Check the alerts over the icons! The management bar (buttons at the bottom of the screen: shop, tasks, research lab, and employees) will indicate with small red dots which of these four sections have pending actions. You will also find small green arrows over those elements that can be upgraded. The visual information will help you every time you can move on, including the emojis over the customers' heads.
**Don't miss the opportunity to do some research from time to time. Most of them are permanent and will be helpful sooner or later.
