The event has other game mechanics. You will have your in-app purchases working forever in all your permanent prisons, but the event is independent and it will need its own boosters. 

 

No-ads will work permanently during both regular prisons and events. If you ever see that you only have 1 hour in your permanent prisons, you don't have to worry about it, it is only a visual glitch. Your money income is being calculated correctly. The team has fixed it and it will be working properly in the next version of the game.
