The event has other game mechanics. You will have your in-app purchases working forever in all your permanent prisons, but the event is independent and it will need its own boosters. 

 

No-ads will work permanently during both regular prisons and events. In-app managers will work in your regular prisons, also those included in incoming content updates.

 

The only place that you will get 1 hour of idle income is in your Iron Fortress weekly event, unless you unlock the Master Key in an event chest. That means that your managers will be working properly in your permanent prisons.
