Please, remember that after purchasing any event purchase offer, you need to activate it in-game.  Go to in-game store and scroll down until each corresponding section (for example, just above the gems purchases to activate the boosters).

Tap on the in-game settings button and then open a FAQ that could help you in the game. On the bottom of the screen, press "NO" and then "Contact us". Don't forget to explain your case.
