You can check your prestige at the purple bar at the top of your game. You need to get to a specific number of Prestige to open a new restaurant.

  

 

You can check how much Prestige you need exactly by tapping on the sunshade icon at the bottom left corner of your game. You can obtain more prestige by attending to more clients and upgrading your restaurant.
