Once you reach the number of blue stars requested (prestige given by your clients after being served at your restaurant), you can open a new venue.  

 

You start over the business in a new location. You CAN'T travel to your old venue. The good news is that you can decide when it's time to move to the next level! 

 

The main goal in the game is to sell your smaller restaurant to keep expanding your business. You can't go back to your old location, but you are now able to serve more recipes to more clients. Don't worry about your pending upgrades, you now keep all the research, and you can upgrade your restaurant items further, open new areas in the kitchen, cook more ingredients, etc.

 

In addition, you will earn more money thanks to the permanent bonuses applied to the new restaurants.  

 

Your money, building expansions, and parking spaces won't travel to your new premises. However, you will keep your cards and their permanent bonuses, all the research previously developed, and your in-app purchases.
